We stayed here for five nights after a hectic spell of sightseeing and we couldn’t have picked a better place to relax and unwind. Cortijo las Rosas is in an idyllic spot amongst olive groves with no near neighbours but village shops only a 20 minute walk away. Morning coffee by the pool watching the swallows swooping is highly recommended, as is star gazing – fabulous night skies here.

Gillian and Marylynne are the perfect hosts, they could not have done more to make sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed, they were always on hand without being intrusive. The welcome pack of provisions was excellent and they also provide wonderful local information and routes to get to places. Thoroughly recommend this as a place for day trips to the likes of Cordoba and Granada or as a perfect place for chilling out.

We stayed in Casita Liebre, it was beautifully furnished in a traditional style with everything we could have needed, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The private courtyard was a great place to sit out and eat meals.
